The purpose of any entry that collects user information is clearly labeled and can be determined programmatically. Normal text should have a contrast of 4.5:1. Text with a font size of 18pt or larger can have a contrast ratio as low as 3:1. Purely decorative texts and company logos are exempt from these standards. Text should retain all content and functionality when scaled up to 200%. Text images should not be used where actual text would suffice. If the image has no practical alternative, such as presentations of artwork or old documents, a description of the image should be available. Content should reflow in a width of 320 CSS pixels (vertical scrolling) or 256 CSS pixels (horizontal scrolling) when scaled up to 400% User interface components and any non-decorative color separations must have a contrast of at least 3:1. Minimum Text Spacing: The individual email list line height is 1.5 times the font size. Paragraph spacing is 2x the font size Letter spacing is 0.12x font size Word spacing is 0.16 times the font size. If a given language or script does not support one of these spacing options, it is exempt from that option for accessibility purposes. When content appears on hover or keyboard: There should be a way to dismiss content without changing focus. The content should not disappear as long as the pointer or focus remains on it. Content should not disappear unless the user triggers it (i.e. changing focus or dismissing the content) or the information becomes invalid. There are several ways to access a web page within a set of other web pages, unless that page is a step in a process. All titles and tags describe the topic or purpose of the content underneath. The keyboard focus indicator should still be visible, if present.
